Volunteers Needed for Fall Festival!

During the Fall Festival on Friday, October 18th CGE will be filled with activities!  We will have lots of games in the gym, a cake walk, face painting, and more!

To run all of these activities we will need volunteers~ they are what makes this event possible!  Our sign-up is divided into 30 minute shifts so that all volunteers are able to enjoy the event with their family! The sign-up is available online so you can pick the game and time slot you prefer. A great way to help is to bring another parent or family member that can help you with your children while you work your shift.  You are also welcome to let your children help you with your game, they love that!  We are also happy to have help from your middle or high school students, too! Games are designed to be very easy to oversee.

We are also in need of baked goods- homemade or store bought- for the CAKE WALK.  We appreciate anything you can contribute!  Your baked goods can come to school anytime the week of Fall Festival (Thursday, Nov. 1st) and can be sent to the office.  More details & info will be emailed to you!

Fall Festival

When:  Friday, October 18th from 5:30-7:30

Who:  Bring your whole family! The kids may come dressed up in their Halloween     costumes (no toy weapons please!) and bring a bag to collect candy and prizes.

Where: Circle Greenwich will be filled with activities!  There will be trick-or-treating at the classrooms, games and food in the gym, face painting in front of the office, and other activities such as cake walk and balloon animal creations running throughout the school.

What: Pizza available for purchase from 5:30-7:00 – Trick-or-treating from 6:00-6:30 – Games from 6:00 -7:30

This is a free event! There is no cost to play the games or participate in the activities. It is our way to say thank you to you and your students for such successful fundraising efforts!  We appreciate you! The only expense would be if your family chooses to purchase concessions. StuCo will be providing pizza and beverages so please plan on relaxing at one of the tables and enjoying some dinner! All proceeds benefit StuCo!

**We are asking that each family donate a bag of individually wrapped candy, fruit snacks, mini pretzels, etc. for the trick or treating to school per participating student.  Please send those bags of candy in with your student between October 10th– October 18th.**
